MGI Sydney is an independent Chartered Accounting firm located in the Sydney CBD.

Our firm is a member of MGI, an international affiliation of accounting firms with members in over 280 offices and 80 countries across all continents. This presents opportunities for our clients to expand their operations both domestically and internationally by affording them access to the resources an international firm can provide, including the combined knowledge and expertise of over 575 partners and 4,000 staff worldwide.

MGI Sydney specialises in providing a full range of taxation, accounting , audit, superannuation and other advisory services to medium to large privately owned businesses and their owners, with a particular emphasis on family owned businesses. Such clients typically have large and complex structures.

Our diverse client base does however extend from salaried executive to large listed public company, incorporating a broad range of industry specialisations.

Our firm also services Australian subsidiaries of foreign companies and provides services in relation to international transactions.

MGI Sydney’s taxation consulting team are highly pro-active in providing strategic advice on complex domestic and international taxation matters to a client base that includes other accounting firms.

Our firm was established in 2002 by senior middle-market tax consulting specialists from then big five chartered accounting firm Arthur Andersen. In fact, all of our principals have formerly held senior positions in either big five or major second tier chartered accounting firms.
